The service

Migri Appointments is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Finnish Migration Service (Migri). We provide two services: email alerts when appointment availability is detected, and an Appointment Concierge service in which we work to secure an appointment matching your stated requirements.

Appointment Alerts

Alerts are charged at €10 per week and can be cancelled at any time. If we send no alerts within your first 14 days, you may request a full refund. We cannot guarantee that an appointment will be available or that you will be able to book it.

Appointment Concierge

• No payment is taken when you submit a request.
• You only pay once a suitable appointment has been found and confirmed with you.
• If we contact you with a suitable appointment, you must confirm within 2 hours. If you do not, the appointment may no longer be available.
• By submitting a request you consent to Migri Appointments acting on your behalf for the purpose of securing an appointment matching your requirements.
• Availability is outside our control and we cannot guarantee that a matching appointment will be found.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate details and for attending any appointment arranged for you. You remain responsible for your own application and communications with Migri.
