Who we are

Migri Appointments is an independent appointment alert and appointment-assistance service for the Finnish Migration Service (Migri) booking system. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Migri.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, notification email and password (stored hashed).
• Alert criteria: chosen offices, appointment types and date preferences.
• Concierge requests: name, number of people, citizenship, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, optional Migri customer number and your appointment preferences.
• Billing data handled by Stripe. We never store card details.

How we use it

We use your data solely to deliver the services you request: sending appointment alerts, handling Concierge requests on your behalf, providing support and processing payments. We do not sell your data.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether our advertising leads to paid alert subscriptions or Concierge requests. Google receives only the transaction value, currency and an order/reference ID; no Migri appointment details or sensitive personal data are shared. Measurement is only enabled after you consent to advertising cookies through the cookie banner.

Storage and processors

Data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use trusted processors for hosting, database storage, email delivery, spreadsheet record-keeping and payments (Stripe). Access to Concierge request records is restricted to our team.

Your rights
